My name is Viktoria Schnaderbeck and I am a former professional footballer and founder of PRO-SPECTIVE Sports Marketing Agency e.U. I played for 11 years with Bayern Munich, three-and-a-half years with Arsenal London, and half a year for Tottenham Hotspur. I have 84 caps for the Austrian national team and represented my country as captain for nine years.
During my active career I have witnessed the lack of resources and support systems for athletes outside their sports. I have seen many athletes not knowing who they are and starting at zero when they retire and look to make a career transition to life beyond professional sport. I want to change that.
Outside of my professional sports career, I finished high school, completed an apprenticeship in marketing communication at an advertising agency, and gained my Bachelors degree in sports management and a Masters in business psychology.

Parallel to my career I have also delivered countless keynote speeches, participated in panel discussions and interviews for clients such as OMV, Siemens, Audi, OBB, Raiffeisen, Allianz, FIFA, ASKO, Generali, UNIQA, Drei, BDO, Schoenherr, Roland Berger, FFG, Austrian Embassy, London Business School, University of Graz, Vienna University of Economics and Business and more.
I built long term partnerships with Allianz, Raiffeisen, Volkswagen, PUMA, Lavazza, etc. that have continued after my retirement from football.
All of this was possible with a lot of hard work and personal commitment both on and off the pitch.
My career as a footballer and keynote speaker, as well as my commercial partnerships, have given me a broad network. I would like to offer my connections, my on and off field experiences, and my knowledge to other professionals. I believe I have the tools to help athletes succeed in building their career after their career.
